Thule describes this case for the Phone 6 as an Ultra Tough Slim Case, and after a couple of months testing I can wholeheartedly agree.

It is very easy to put on, but isn't easy to take off, but then again, why would you want to? The bevelled edges make it very comfortable to hold, and the rubberised side panels make it feel secure; it would be very hard for this case to accidentally 'slip' out of your hands and end up down a toilet bowl (c'mon, we are all guilty of a bit of bathroom surfing).

The slightly raised edging on the front means that it protects your glass from being scratched if you happen put your phone face down on a surface.

Thule have tested this, and say the Shock-Stop Corners will protect your mobile for drops up to 2 metres. Now, we will have to take their word for this as I wasn't going to drop my precious iPhone 6 from 2 metres to find out, sorry.

I have had covers that cover the on/off and volume buttons before, with varying levels of success, but on this Atmos X3 they work perfectly, with no delay. The ports at the bottom are open, but with the solid construction they are quite protected.

The only downside is that you will have to use a power cord that is licensed for iPhone use as many of the cheap power cords don't have a connector that will fit into the hole, which could annoy you if you've already bought a couple of extra non-licensed cords to charge your phone in the car or at work (yes I am talking about me!)

Note: There are cheaper licensed cords other than the ones you get at the Apple store, just look for the Made for iPhone certification logo seen on officially-sanctioned accessories in other stores.
