‘Joe the iPad Cover’ from Millican

Being a big fan of Millican products to start with, I came over all excited when I first found out they made an iPad cover.  Well, when I say ‘cover’, I actually mean pouch.

Like all of Nicky and Jorric’s products, ‘Joe the iPad Cover’ is well made and oozes quality. Once you’ve slotted your iPad into Joe, you secure it by folding over its flap which is fastened into place using a leather strap and a brass press stud.

Being quite snug, you won’t be able to use ‘Joe’ if your iPad is encased in any other type of protective cover, so if you like the look of your iPad as it came from Apple, and you’re not clumsy, you’ll be fine!

As well as the main compartment there’s a secondary pouch on the back that has two separate pockets inside that can be used to hold other bits like your sync cable, headphones, and so on.

Joe’s outer fabric is made from 100% organic cotton weatherproof canvas with a lining made from 100% organic brushed cotton. Protection from scratches, scuffs and bangs comes from local Herdwick sheep wool that’s packed between the two layers.

Available in Slate Green, Antique Bronze and Grey Blue, we reckon that Joe the iPad Cover is a classy alternative to the usual array of plastic protective covers.
